What is the physical process to make NOC?
To apply for a No Objection Certificate (NOC), the first step is to gather all the necessary documents, as previously mentioned. This includes items such as a passport, educational certificates, and financial support documents.
Next, the student should download the application form from the Ministry of Education (MOE) website, moe.gov.np, or obtain a hard copy from MOE Keshar Mahal. If the student requires NOCs for multiple subjects, levels, or institutions, they will need to fill out separate application forms for each one.
Once the form is filled out, the student should proceed to Window 3 for document verification. Then, they should pay the fees at Window 2 and submit their documents to Window 4, where they will receive a token number.
Finally, the NOC can be collected at Window 6. It is important to note that there is a fee for each NOC applied for, and applications should be submitted from Sunday to Thursday before noon and on Friday before 11:30 a.m.
